Methods of massage
For the last 5-10 years there was detailed description given in the special literature that is based on massage techniques. First of all it is necessary to consider the important rules.
All methods of massage must be learned by both hands simultaneously. Experience shows that if during the first six-eight sessions of massage masseur does massage using the left hand (left-handed people do it with right hand) than he/she learns the techniques of the massage doing with both hands more efficient.
Only learning one method of massage perfectly it is possible to get to another method's learning. Later the massage is done all over the whole body with the use of all methods of massage in complex. There is also the strategy and the rout of movements used during each massage.
The methods and technique learning of the massage doing are provided in all schools, Universities and other Institutions.
And it is not enough of only pictures and descriptions in the way to learn the technique of massage because there is no picture or drawing even the most exact or even the photo is not able to express the dynamic of the certain method of massage.
Later a masseur starts to develop his/her technique perfectly. The unique technique is formed by every separate masseur.
